Order processing

All in-stock orders are shipped within one to two business days from the time they are placed, with some exceptions due to holidays and other special cases.


Cancel order

If you decide to cancel your order please contact us at: hello@null-la.com. If your order has not been shipped, we can simply issue you a refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping once you have received the item. For more information on our Return Policy, please see the section below. 


Shipping

We offer USPS (Priority Mail) and UPS shipping options, we are not responsible for shipping delays. If you require a different method of shipping, please get in touch:

Lost shipment

null-LA is not liable for lost packages during shipping. We will do whatever we can to communicate with the shipping carrier to locate your package, however, the customer is responsible for lost packages.


International shipping

Currently, shipping is limited within the Continental U.S. For all international inquiries, please get in touch at: hello@null-la.com.


Return Policy

To initiate a return for an online order, follow these steps: Read our return policy to ensure your item is eligible for a return. Contact hello@null-la.com with subject line “Return” and we will get back to you within 1-3 business days.

All items may be exchanged or returned if:

  • Item is unopened.
  • Item includes all of the item's content, such as the original box, manuals, cables, trinkets or any other of the item's contents.
  • Item is returned within 30 days of purchase from item's ship date.
Opened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee ($5 minimum) if:
  • Item is opened.
  • Item shows any sign of use, wear and/or tear.
  • Item is missing any of the item's content, such as the original box, manuals, cables, trinkets or any other of the item's contents.
  • Item is returned within 30 days of purchase from item's ship date.
Defective items may be replaced if:
  • Item is returned within 30 days of purchase from item's ship date.
A defect implies an imperfection in workmanship for what the item was designed for. Once we receive your return and have verified the defect, we will exchange the defective product for a brand new one or issue a refund should you choose to decline a replacement.
